- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends to add 6months of performance to contract N65236-04-D-5611 with L-3 HENSCHEL,Incorporated, 9 Malcolm Hoyt Drive, Newburyport, MA. provides equipment,materials, facilities, management, administration, logistics and trainingsupport, to accomplish tasks directed by individual task orders for performanceof technical services in support of Integrated Communication Advance Network(ICAN) System for Interior Communication for the US Navy Fleet. The equipmentand material provide Interior Communications (IC) for ships telephone systems,damage control, security, command control, administrative operations, flightdeck, well deck, hangar deck, vehicle deck and public announcing systems. The proposed 6 months of performance will provide time for award of acompetitve follow-on contract. This Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
