The Small Business Administration has issued a waiver of the non manufacturer rule for all of the plate on this solicitation. Multiple awards are anticipated. Please bid on only those items that you can deliver by required dates. All awards should be made NLT COB 26 Oct 2009. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR 700), and the Contractor will be required to follow all of the requirements of this regulation.
