- RECOVERY--PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO INCA/FMSM JV UNDER CONTRACT #W911WN-07-D-0001. Services consist of providing engineering and design services during the Charleroi Locks River Wall Construction, Monongahela River, PA. The River Wall construction contract had a Notice to Proceed of May 1, 2005 and is scheduled to be completed in approximately January 2011. The engineering and design support consists of construction contractor transmittal reviews, reviews of contractor Value Engineering Proposals, review of Requests for Modifications, responses to Requests for Information, responses to vendor inquiries regardin materials, responses to telephone requests for clarification, and Inspections and site visits.
