- The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to award to Li-Cor, Inc., 4647 Superior Street, Lincoln, NE 68504-1395 on a sole source basis, for ARRAYPRO software upgrade for the Li-Cor Odyssey infrared plate scanner. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the requirement will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contact based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
