Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Seal Beach Division, intends to solicit offers for linen and laundry services for the Naval Hospital, Lemoore, CA. The anticipated period of performance is 01 December 2009 through 30 November 2010, with options to extend the contract for up to 4 additional years. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5. The NAICS is 812332 and the Small Business Size Standard is $14 million. A solicitation will be issued on or about 20 October 2009, with an expected date for receipt of offers of 13 November 2009. The solicitation will be available at http://www.fedbizops.gov only. Potential offerors are reminded that they must obtain a DUNS number and register on the Central Contractor Registration website (www.ccr.gov)in order to conduct business with the Federal Government.
