- RECOVERY - GAS MONITOR In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA SCHEDULE FSC GROUP 66. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Hawaii Volcano Observatory has a requirement for fifty-four (54), gas monitors and two (2) docking stations with delivery to Hawaii National Park, Hawaii. This solicitation will be issued electronically, via GSA's e-Buy system. Proposed Issue Date is on or about 16 October, 2009 The Government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed Price GSA Delivery Order. The delivery date is anticipated to be 45 days after award of the order. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519 and the size standard is 500 employees. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency is required.
