The requirement is for 800 each to be delivered to DDSP, NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17071-5001 within 180 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFQ and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of November 2nd, 2009. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Various increments solicited: from 100 each to 249 each; from 250 each to 499 each; from 500 each to 999 each. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
