- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award the purchase of "Maintenance for Serena Team Track, Dimensions Mainframe, and Changeman ZMF software" to Immix Technology Inc. The purchase will be made under FAR part 8. This acquisition will be made under a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) as there is only one responsible source. The JOFOC is per FAR part 6.302-1. Per a letter dated May 26, 2006 Immix Technology Inc stated they are the only authorized GSA schedule holder for Maintenance for Serena Team Track, Dimensions Mainframe, and Changeman ZMF software. As such the BEP will continue to award a FAR part 8 order to Immix Technology Inc.
