- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving & Printing intends to procure the following key management system from Pleva, Inc. on a sole source basis: Three stand alone, card reader accessible with keypad, network connected, 96- key capacity key watcher units. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Far 6.301 and 13.10601. See numbered notes 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR part 12 and 13.106-3 shall be used.
