- USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for Medina County, Texas. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for site preparation; installing headwalls and/or installing rock riprap and concrete grout. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. There are four sites located in Precincts 1 and 2, Medina County, Texas. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted o/a October 30, 2009. Site Showing information will be posted at a later date by an Amendment to this Notice. Range is $100,000 to $250,000.
