- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for LODGING FOR YELLOW RIBBON EVENT at Los Angeles, CA from 6 8 November 2009. This procurement consists of, but is not limited to the following: lodging for 245 sleeping rooms, 1 staff room, 1 general session room, 2 meals room, 1 special appointment room, and 4 additional rooms. In addition, there will be requirements for 22 tables, 4 audio visual equipment, childcare service for 75-100 children, meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner and in-between meals, shuttle service to/from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and hotel. All questions pertaining to this procurement must be submitted NLT 24 October 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (PST). The primary POC is SGT Robin Broadway, PH: 310-235-4232. Quotes are due Thursday, 22 October 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time). This acquisition is set-aside as an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 721110 with a size standard of $7.0M. Performance period is 6-8 November 2009. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0002 will be available on or about 22 Oct 2009 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/).
