- U.S. Government seeks approximately 19,141 Rentable Square Feet (yielding a minimum of 16,644 ANSI/BOMA area square feet) of leased office and related space in Syracuse NY. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease three suites located in the same building: one contiguous suite of approximately 3,310 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding a minimum of 2,878 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOAF) which must be located on the ground floor; one contiguous suite of approximately 14,982 RSF yielding a minimum of 13,028 ABOAF which must be located above the ground floor; and one contiguous suite of approximately 849 RSF yielding a minimum of 738 ABOAF which must also be located above the ground floor for a total of 19,141 RSF yielding a minimum of 16,644 ABOAF in Syracuse, NY. Lease term is ten (10) years with a firm term of five (5) years. Requested space must be fully-serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government’s needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire safety, and meet The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)/ The Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS). All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building’s ownership.
