- Education and Training Resources, Inc operator of the Oneonta Job Corps Academy, located at 21 Homer Folks Ave, Oneonta NY 13820, is soliciting bids for installation of an Americans with Disabilities Act approved wheelchair access ramp at the main entrance to building #1 (the main administrative building ). The ramp design is to be compatible with the existing brick, and have a concrete ramp, landing, and metal railings, with a concrete walk from the end of ramp to the existing front sidewalk (60 LF ramp). It must be constructed in full compliance of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
