Bidders List for Follow-up Site Visit which occurred on 10/2/09 Q&As and Attachments 1 through 4 PLEASE NOTE: AMENDMENT 0002 WAS INADVERTENTLY ADMINISTERED. The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to: Provide Questions and Answers (Q&As) concerning contractual and technical. Provide a copy of the Bidder's List from the follow-up site visit which occurred on October 2, 2009. Pages I-7, L-4 and L-5 are DELETED in their entirety and REPLACED with the attached change pages I-7, L-4 and L-5. This adds FAR clause 52.211-18 VARIATION IN ESTIMATED QUANTITY in full text to address Question # 14 within the Q&As; and changes the due date for Bid Opening from Thursday, 10/22/09 2:00 PM EDT to Thursday, 11/5/09 2:00 PM EDT in an effort to provide enough time for offerors to prepare bids. Provide five (5) Attachments regarding specifications and drawings as mentioned within the Q&As. Attachment # 5 is provided by means of hyperlink. NO ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
