Description
Quality Assurance Provisions Purchase Description DSCR-VIBB-09-40-1005 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. SPM4A8-10-R-0004 is hereby issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; attachments must be downloaded, reviewed and returned with proposals. The award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The required performance period is 154 calendar days or sooner after receipt of contract. QAP 208 applies. Line 0001: Primary ship-set Casualty Control (CASCON) system, Qty = 1 EACH Line 0002: Delivery to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii Line 0003: Testing Line 0004: Training • Supplies & services shall be in accordance with Purchase Description DSCR-VIBB-09-40-1005, available below as an attached.PDF. Vendor is required to submit complete descriptive literature and drawings of the proposed system. The equipment shall be new and unused, capable of performing its intended function in accordance with the Purchase Description. • Delivery location: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Hawaii. FOB is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance are at Destination. • This is an unrestricted buy. • Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically-acceptable offer. • The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. • Per DFARS Clause 252.232-7009, Electronic Submission of Payment Request, contractors must submit invoices electronically via the WIDE AREA WORK FLOW (WAWF) online at https://WAWF.EB.MIL. Web-based training is available at http://www.wawftraining.com, and the E-Commerce Support Team can be reached at (866) 618-5988. • This contract is a rated order under Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating DOB90.
