- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Oracle Software products and update rights and product technical support for all items. The items include Oracle Active Data Guard License, Oracle Active Data Guard Maintenance. Additionally, Keyport will be procuring four (4) option years of the update rights and product technical support for all items. These items are sole source of Oracle products and licenses only. Dealers are encouraged to respond. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-10-T-0009 and is attached to this announcement. The procurement is unrestricted. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 and has a size standard of $25 million. The RFQ is posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at www.neco.navy.mil and is also available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from these websites and to frequently monitor the sites for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to kay.baltz@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. Offers shall be FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. The closing date of the solicitation is 30 October 2009 by 3:00 P.M. Offerors must be currently registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. Questions should be submitted via e-mail to: kay.baltz@navy.mil. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection. Offerors are also advised that representations and certifications can be completed electronically via the ORCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
