- For a copy of the Post Exhibits, please email a request to denise.morales@dhs.gov Section L ATT4 - PP Questions ATT3 - PP Form T&C SOW Price schedule ATT 6 - Price breakdown SF1449 Provision 96 Exhibits Table of Contents The DHS, ICE, FPS, ECCG, intends to acquire security guard services, under full and open competition, for DEA Headquarter at 600 & 700 Army Navy Drive Arlington VA 22202. As an integral component of the FPS security effort, the contractor shall provide and maintain all management, supervision, manpower, training, equipment, supplies, license, permits, certificates, insurancem pre-employment screenings, reposts and files necessary to accomplish the requirement. The RFP shall require the submission of a technical proposal as wll as a price proposal. It is anticipated that subject solicitation will be released to FBO website on or about OCTOBER 21, 2009 It is the contractors responsibility to monitor the website for the issuance of the RFP as well as any updates to the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR; www.ccr.gov ) and http://orca.bpn.gov for their Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) PRIOR submittal of a proposal.
