Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), Stratford, CT for effort, inlcuding non-recurring engineering required to conduct fabrication, production, logistics and program management efforts required to support Phase I of the VH Cryptographic (crypto) Modernization (mod) Program. The VH Crypto Mod Program will replace all SAVILLE based cryptographic gear in the VH-3D and VH-60N aircraft. SAC is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and proprietary technical data to perform the required services and provide the required materials.
