- Special Notice RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, has awarded delivery order number GS-P-05-10-GB-5001, under the existing Region-wide Indefinite Delivery & Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services contract to Berglund Construction Company in the amount of $91,500.00 for the base contract covering Preconstruction Services, Construction Document Phase. The following options were accepted and may be awarded at a later time: Option 1 for Preconstruction Services, Design Development Phase in the amount of $15,000.00, and Option 2 for Construction Phase Work consisting of Construction Management Services and Construction Services at a total price of $18,735,000.00.
