- IQC09135009015/RA09245009, NSN 1660-00-831-6156, Valve, filler Aircraft Type Liquid Oxygen, Life Support Equipment, Manufactured in accordance with QPL MIL-V-25469. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 48 each for this NSN for the base year and 2 (1) year options, This NSN will be added to an existing Long-Term Contract with Essex Cryogenics of Missouri (CAGE 19062) (SPM4A7-08-D-0050). FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Unrestricted, Configuration control applies, Full and Open Competition, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation, Inspection and Acceptance: Origin.
