- The Department of Veteran Affairs at VA Palo Alto Health Care System is seeking sources under NAICS Code 237120 (size standard of $33.5M) that are classified as either: 1) 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned, or 2) Small Business that can provide repair, testing and certification of underground storage tanks (UST). Contractors responding to this Sources Sought Notice need to provide the following information to maria.teodoro@va.gov no later than 28 October 2009: "Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Point of Contact "Three Reference Points of Contact for similar work "Previous Experience within last three years The Contractor is to provide all the tools, materials, equipment, labor and transportation to do the monthly certification on the underground storage tank (UST) leak detection monitors for the UST's at Palo Alto Division (PAD), Menlo Park Division (MPD), and Livermore Division (LVD) for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Service also includes the annual and three year secondary containment UST Certifications; this contract shall include all permits, fees, etc. from Alameda, Santa Clara, and San Mateo Counties. Contractor shall provide all the original testing and certification reports for the monthly, annual, and the three year tests to VA. The contractor shall provide VA with the form Notice of Designated Operator for the monthly testing and recording of the UST Monitors. VA will submit to the Local County Health departments.
