- The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA, intends to procure Mentor Graphics software to design and document electrical circuits and connectivity.Because the software must have native compatibility with thousands of existing Mentor Graphics proprietary format files created over the course of more than a decade, other software will not be considered to satisfy this requirement. This requirement will consist of the following Mentor Graphics software, along with initial maintenance: DxDesigner ExpPCB Bundle (10 each),DxDesigner ExpPCB Bundle Initial Maintenance (10 each),Expedition PCB Pinnacle Application (4 each),Expedition PCB Pinnacle Application Initial Maintenance (4 each), Library Manager Application (2 each),Library Manager Application Initial Maintenance (2 each),Fablink XE Application (1 each),Fablink XE Application Initial Maintenance (1 each). Delivery will be to China Lake, CA 93555-6108. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210. This Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 22 October 2009 and be available at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered. Capability statements must be received by 27 October 2009. Quotations will be due by 5 November 2009.
