- LTC PROJECT RA09287003, NSN 1615-00-003-1154, BOLT ASSEMBLY, ROTARY WING HEAD. Manufacture IAW Boeing Helicopter, CAGE 77272, P/N 114R3650-9. Sources are Boeing, CAGE 77272; Avibank Manufacturing, CAGE 84256, SPS Technologies, CAGE 56878. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. 179 DARO, FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Item is Army Critical Safety Item (CSI). Critical application item. Configuration control applies. Export Control applies. First Article Contractor testing required. Serial Number Reporting Requirement (SNRR) applies. Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
