- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE VISN 10 A-E IDIQ VA250-P-0051.The following project will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requirements of the act. The ARRA project number for this action is R101-09-057-01. The Veterans Administration National Energy Business Center (NEBC) intends to issue a Task Order against the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract VA250-P-0051 with Westlake Reed Leskosky, Inc. (WRL). This IDIQ has been previously competed in accordance with the Brooks Act. This IDIQ Task Order will be for A&E services to the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10, Cincinnati, OH VA Medical Center and will be awarded on or about October 30, 2009. This A&E Design is for the following construction projects: Steam system Improvements; Replace Chiller Heat Pump; Energy Management Phase III; and Various Motor Upgrades. The estimated construction cost range for these projects is between $1.3M and $1.8M.
