Amendment 0002 to be distributed electronically to registered vendors Monday October 26, 2009. The Amendment will consist of the following; Sign-in Sheet from pre-proposal Conference, PowerPoint Presentation from Pre-proposal Conference, Response to Questions, Revised Bid Sheet 1442, Revised Contract Price Form, Revised Evaluation Factors, Addendum to Hazmat Drawings, Hazmat Survey. Original Construction Drawings will be located at the 50 UNP for VIEWING BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Site Visits are still available.
