Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing Class A office space in Louisville, KY, available for use by the proposed tenant agency for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Location: The offered building and/or location must be of Class A quality; of sound and substantial construction; and must be located within the following delineated area of consideration: NORTH: I-75 EAST: Jefferson County Line SOUTH: I-64 WEST: SR-1747 Square Footage Requirement: The proposed office building for lease by the Government must be able to accommodate 2,760 rentable square feet of office space and 4,600 rentable square feet of warehouse space along with 19 onsite parking spaces. Term: The space is required on or about February 1, 2011. The term of the lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm.
