- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received prior to 26 October 2009 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for future requirements. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36. Only emailed requests received directly from the requester are acceptable. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 446110 and the business size standard is small, 100 employees. Request is for: Radiopharmaceuticals in Reno, NV. ITEMDESCRIPTION: Contractor to provide prepared single doses of radiopharmaceuticals, and associated materials Monday through Fridays, during normal working hours. Radiopharmaceutical supplies for this contract are as listed. The products need to be available for delivery to the Reno VA next day, by 7am.
