- 3. Is there a preliminary schedule of dates for this training? If not, how will the training dates be determined and how much notice will the contractor be given? ANSWER: As stated in the solicitation, paragraph entitled Scope of Work: The training shall be conducted on a mutually agreed upon schedule totaling no more than 60 hours per training event over a seven-day period. Additionally per the questions: a. There are no preliminary schedule of dates. The dates will be set in the first meeting between the Government and the prospective awardee, after award is made. b. The Government will provide the awardee enough notice to allow for the flexibility of arranging travel and lodging. A minimum of 30 days will be provided for each course requested.
