- RECOVERY--PROJECT NUMBER 1400, PAINT WATER TOWER, MILL CREEK RECREATION AREA, BERLIN LAKE, OH Complete cleaning and painting of the interior and exterior of the elevated water tower in the Mill Creek Recreation Area. The tower has a capacity of 55,000 gallons. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000. This procurement will be advertised on an unrestricted basis. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued approximately July 28, 2009 on-line only through the Federal Business Opportunities website; therefore, requests for hardcopies of the specifications and drawings will not be honored. Requests must be made by registering for this solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Once registered, vendors, plan rooms and printing companies will be able to download the solicitation and drawings on or after the above issuance date.
