Description

The current regional local telecommunications services contract with AT&T (GS05T09BM0007) will end on December 19, 2009. This notice is to advise that the General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5 intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, continued performance in support of the Health and Human Services facility located at 233 N. Michigan; Chicago, IL. The period of performance will be for a twelve month base period and one, eight month, option period, to accommodate pending lease arrangements. The estimated dollar value is $110,000. This contract is authorized pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The incumbent is in place, operational and able to provide the services during this interim period with full system implementation without service interruption or degradation. This is not a formal solicitation. The Government does not require individual acknowledgement by potential respondents.
