- RECOVERY--The work will consist of maintenance of mooring systems at various locations on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. Replace damaged buoys or mooring devices when needed and drive anchors and connect chains when required to establish mooring systems. Contract period will be for a base year and four option years. Solicitation issue date is 17 November 2009. Response date is 17 December 2009 @ 2:00 PM. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $33.5 million and will be advertised as an Unrestricted Procurement.
