- Description
- PLEASE NOTE AMENDED SQUARE FOOTAGE. The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space in Laredo, Texas. The space offered must consist of approximately 2,553 rentable square feet in the Laredo, Texas. The space should yield 2,220 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require three (3) structured parking spaces for government vehicles and requests six (6) surface parking spaces for employees. Structured parking spaces should be located near the building entrance. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area : North: Loop 20 (Bob Bullock Loop) East: Loop 20 (Bob Bullock Loop) West: Mines Road (FM 1472), continuing along I-35 (heading south) South: East Calton Road The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 8, 2010. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): • Building name and address • Legal property description, recent survey, and property identification numbers (PIN) • Location of space in the building and the date it will be available • ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of the authorized contact • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement and permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
