Description

Pricing Schedule, Rev. 10/23/09 SF1449 for Amendment 2 This Amendment 2 is issued to modify the pricing schedule provided in the RFQ. The pricing schedule included in the original solicitiation indicated a quantity of three (3) maintenance calls for the base contract period; however, this should be five (5) maintenance calls in the first year. Subsequent (option) years would be six (6) calls per year. Documents attached for this Amendment include: 1. SF1449 for Amendment 2 2. Pricing Schedule, rev. 10/23/09 All offerors MUST review the attached documents. As part of your offer, you must acknowledge that you are responding to the subject RFQ and have reviewed these Amendment 2 documents. No extension to the bid due date is being provided. The due date for quotes remains Wednesday, October 28 at 5:00 pm EST.
