Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, South Central VA Health Care Network (SCVAHCN) VISN 16 has need of a contractor to provide Off-site Teleradiology Services for both DayHawk and NightHawk services for its 10 Medical Centers and its various CBOC's (Community Based Outpatient Clinics). The contract term is for a base period with four 1-year renewal options. The contract will require the contractor to transmit the reports using the DICOM protocol and Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) compliant encryption. Offerors are to bid all-inclusive prices based on the Schedule of Services. Solicitation documents and attachments are made available October 27, 2009 with proposals. Offerors are advised that it is their responsibility to obtain any and all amendments, attachments, etc. Technical questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted via email to sheila.reed@va.gov. No telephonic inquires will be accepted. Offers are due no later than 3:00pm CT on November 20, 2009 and should be sent to: Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, Attn: Sheila Reed (90C), 2200 Ft.
