- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst New Jersey is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation - Request For Quote (RFQ) N68335-10-T-0022 for the acquisition of the following items; Everede Tool Company, 28 part numbers and quantities as listed below. Substitutes are not acceptable. This announcement (RFQ) constitutes the only solicitation issued, quotes are hereby being requested in response to this notice only, a separate document (RFQ) WILL NOT be issued. Quote Instructions: Price each item (28) separately, listing by numbers 1 thru 28 providing both the unit price and total price for each separetely numbered item. CLINS 1 – 4: 100 degree cutters – 20 each, P/Ns: - 609601, 609801, 612501. 100 degree cutter Insert – 60 each P/N – IC61C025. CLINS 5 – 13: 130 degree cutters – 20 each, P/Ns: - 616103D, 616903D, 618703D, 620003D, 621603D, 623803D, 624703D, 625503D, 130 degree cutter Insert - 160 each P/N – IC68S000-DC CLINS 14 – 23: 130 degree cutters - 20 each, P/Ns - 826303D, 827003D, 827803D, 830903D, 932503D, 934103D, 937203D, 938803D, 940303D, 130 degree cutter Insert -180 each P/N – IC785000-DC CLINS 25 - 28: 130 degree cutters - 20 each, P/Ns - 623903, 130 degree cutter Insert.020 – 20 each, P/N IC63R020, 130 degree cutters – 20 each, P/Ns – 825603, 827103, 130 degree cutter Insert.020 – 20 each, P/N – IC73R020 Closing date/time for receipt of quotes against N68335-10-T-0022 is 11/09/2009 @ 3:00PM ET. Quotes shall be submitted via FAX, 732-323-1958. Any questions regarding this RFQ shall be made in writing via email to the POC barbara.davidowich@navy.mil and must have the subject line read: RFQ - N68335-10-T-0022. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Quoted prices shall include FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, NJ 08733. Inspection and Acceptance – Destination Lakehurst. Quotes will be submitted listing all detailed information to include; Company CAGE Code, Name, Full Address, Points of Contact and alternate, Telephone and Fax numbers, EMAIL address, Federal Tax ID No. Quotes must be submitted in writing to the designated government Point of Contact by the closing date/time listed. All contractors seeking an award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Contractors not registered will not be eligible for award of a Government Purchase Order. For CCR information contact the registration center at 888-227-2432 or visit website at www.ccr.gov. Invoice and Payment (WAWF) Instructions (NOV 2006), contractors must also be registered in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) Receipt and Acceptance, Invoice and Payment System to be eligible for an award.
