THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROPOSED ACTION WILL BE A TASK ORDER ISSUED AGAINST AN EXISTING FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE PROGRAM, PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES (PES) USING SPECIAL ITEM NUMBER (SIN) 871-7 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT TO ACQUIRE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER ASSIST (CMa) SERVICES FOR THE HURFF ACKERMANN SAUNDERS FEDERAL BUILDING MODERNIZATION PROJECT JUNEAU, ALASKA. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT PES SCHEDULE CONTRACT HOLDERS WITH SIN 871-7 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT ON CONTRACT WHO ARE ABLE TO PERFORM IN ALASKA. This is not a request for quotations. The Design and Construction Division, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain CMa services for this Recovery-funded project. The resultant task will be competed amongst currently eligible FSS PES Schedule holders with SIN 871-7 only using the electronic eBuy system. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 236220, Product Supply Code (PSC) of R499.
