Description

RECOVERY--This notice is provided for INFORMATION purposes only; therefore FAR 5.203 does not apply. THIS PROJECT IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THOSE CONTRACTORS UNDER CURRENT MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACTS (MATOC) with the Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District. Summary of project scope: One of t he MATOC Contractors (Alutiiq-Mele, LLC; Hal Hays Construction, Inc.; Performance Systems, Inc.; C.W. Crosser Construction, Inc.; Dawson-DBS Hawaii, LLC; Engineering/Remediation Resources Group; StarCom Builders, Inc.; Elite Pacific Construction, Inc.; Niking Corporation; WEBCO; Innovative-Shintani, LLC; TOP Pacific Builders, LLC; SUMO-NAN JV II LLC; and Casas/Canyon Joint Venture) shall perform all work necessary to perform termite repairs as described in the design documents. Work shall include but not be limited to demolition of structural members; repair by structural members by scabbing; removing/replacing structural members, removing/reinstalling mechanical, electrical, and fire protection equipment; removing/reinstalling architectural finishes; touch-up painting, etc.
