Noble Consultants, Irvine, CA 92612 This is not a Request For Proposal. The Los Angeles District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the City Cambria (local non-federal sponsor) are preparing an EA/MND to analyze potential environmental effects associated with the proposed action and alternatives for geotechnical feasibility investigations at Cambria. This proposed EA/MND is an informational document to advise decision-makers and the general public of the benefits and potential effects of the study. The document will assess effects of geotechnical investigations at a specific site. The EA/MND is also intended to provide information to agencies whose discretionary approvals must be obtained for study actions.
