Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is only available to contractors under Greater Chicagoland Service Center's existing IDIQ contracts for repair and alteration. The Request for Quote is for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services for Recommissioning, HVAC, & Lighting Upgrades at the U.S. Courthouse & Federal Building in Hammond, IN. The scope of work for this project includes several individual components. Without force and effect upon the CMc contract document, the work of the Construction Phase can be described as follows and in the following priority: 1) Replace Chiller, 2) Upgrade Lighting Control Systems & Light Fixtures, 3) Upgrade Tower Fan, 4) Add Sump Heater to Cooling Tower, 5) Connect Toilet Exhaust to BAS, 6) Photovoltaic System on High Roof, & 7) Low Emittance Glazing Film. This opportunity is only available to the current contractor holders. This is not a request for quotations. Any questions regarding this notification should be directed to the Contracting Officer whose name appears herein.
