- Notice of Interest for Government Lease Expressions of Interest Sought – Oneida County, Idaho The United States Department of Agriculture, USDA, currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease (which is expiring), in Oneida County, Idaho. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 2,620 contiguous rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The lease term requirement is for ten (10) years. The space must be available for occupancy immediately. The delineated area is bounded or affronted as follows: North-7th North Street-East-150 East Street South-Jenkins Avenue-West-1st West Street Other applicable requirements include: -Full-service lease (all utility, services, maintenance costs included in rent) -Parking – 15 on-site paved parking spaces in a lot under Lessor’s control that will also provide 2 pull through parking spaces for trucks and trailers The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement and market survey as basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis to determine whether to exercise its renewal option to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
