Description

BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION The U. S. Department of Labor (DOL) is seeking qualified firms for the purchase of DataDirect Connect for ADO.NET licenses and maintenance support to be used with the Office of Job Corps' CDSS Suite of Application Sybase Database. The ado.net product license and maintenance support must interface with the Sybase Database. DOL is looking for firms that qualify under the U.S. Small Business Administration program mentioned in the Federal Acquisitions Regulations Subpart 19. When submitting your response, please indicate which small business program qualifies your firm to respond to this announcement. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT for market research purposes only. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THE PRESENT TIME. The estimated cost is between $100,000 to $200,000.. All interested parties are invited to submit a Capability Statement to Stacy A. Conaway, Contract Specialist, Division of Job Corps Technical and Training Services, 200 Constitution Avenue, NW, Room N-4308, Washington, D.C. 20210. Responses are due by November 09, 2009, 10am, EST. Electronic copies of Capability Statements are strongly preferred and can be e-mailed to conaway.stacy@dol.gov.
