- DRUG TESTING SERVICES The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), Administrative Resource Center (ARC) intends to post solicitation BPD-ARC-10-CI-0002 for Drug Testing Services. Pursuant to the authority of the Government Management Reform Act of 1994, the Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), Administrative Resource Center (ARC), Parkersburg, WV, will provide administrative support services to the following agencies: • U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Inspector General's (HUD/OIG); • Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH); • Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN); • Special Inspector General for Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP); • Veteran's Affairs, Office of Inspector General (VA/OIG); and • Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD). These various agencies require pre-employment and random drug testing on selected employees at multiple locations throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. They may also require drug testing when there is reasonable suspicion that an individual has used, or is under the influence of, illegal drugs. The anticipated posting date for the solicitation is November 20, 2009. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions. No further information regarding this requirement will be released at this time.
