Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to issue a Delivery Order to Oracle USA, Inc. of Redwood Shores, CA for specialized administrative support of the Oracle technical SSOARS support team. The support will include working directly with proprietary technical requirements and requires first hand knowledge of the process. These services require Government security and suitabity clearances as well as vetting by Oracle. SSA intends to obtain these services from Oracle upon closing of this notice. Other organizations that believe they are capable of meeting the SSA requirements are invited to submit information establishing a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. If SSA does not identify other acceptable sources capable of providing this requirement, the agency shall issue a sole source award. This is not a request for proposal and the government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledge. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the information received. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice must be submitted by November 4, 2009 by 12:00 pm EST. Responses may be sent via email only to the point of contact listed below. No phone calls or faxes will be accepted.
