- Description
- The Phoenix VA Health Care System, Arizona, is seeking a contractor to provide Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support Ambulance Services for the main facility and its' Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The anticipated contract period shall be for a base year beginning October 1, 2009, or date of award, with four additional option years, subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition is anticipated to be unrestricted. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 621910 with a size standard of $7.0 million. The solicitation shall be made available on or about November 1, 2009 with a due date of November 30, 2009. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the Federal Business Opportunities System website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and the VA will provide no hard copies. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION.
