- Statement of Work for the Move in Services for the NEW PAFB CDC Open Competition - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - PR#F3KFD9236AM01 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-37 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20091019. NAICS is 484210 with a small business size standard of $25.5 million. *This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that meets the Statement of Work requirements outlined in the attachment (Statement of Work). 45 CONS/LGCB, Patrick Air Force Base, FL, 32925 is seeking to purchase moving / local relocation services for property within the confines of Patrick Air Force Base Florida for the opening of the new Child Development Center. Period of Performance: See Attached Statement of Work. Place of delivery, performance, and acceptance is FOB Destination, Patrick AFB, FL 32925 Contractor's will be given an oppourtunity for a site visitation prior to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) closing date to allow for viewing of the facilities. The date for this site visit is currently scheduled for 10 Nov 2009 from 9:00 AM EST to 2:00 PM EST, if interested in attending the site visitation day contractor's should contact Ms. Pamela Jordan at 321-494-7442 (Pamela.Jordan@patrick.af.mil ) or Mr. Greg Harris (Gregory.Harris@patrick.af.mil ) at 321-494-9506 at least72 hours prior to date of visit in order to allow adequate time for base access to be granted. Contractor may be required to provide certain documentation for base access. The following provisions and clauses apply: Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
