- Statement of Work This is a special notice of intent to award sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12.203 and FAR Part 13.5 with consideration given to FAR Part 5.202(a)(13) as supplemented to Simplexgrinnell LP to provide all labor, parts, tools, materials and transportation necessary to furnish and install one C-Cure 900 User Interface Workstation Software to PC in Building 222 for control of access to Building 240 (all doors); furnish and install three I-star Pro 8 card reader panels in the communications room ; furnish and install three battery backups, and required CAT5E wire, AMP fiber converters and DP access control parts to properly operate Access Control System in accordance with the attached scope of work document. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561621 and the size standard for this NAICS code is $12.5M per year. These items will be provided to and installed on Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma (ZIP code 74115). The proposed action is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of of offers received in response to this notice.
