- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Anchor QEA, LLC, W912DW-07-D-1006 TO0005. Program Name: Puget Sound Nearshore Ecosystem Restoration Project This is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using competitive procedures. Provide design and specification services to the U.S Army Corps of Engineers, for the Upper Springbrook Creek (USC) project located in Renton, Washington. The nature of this work includes the design of a fish habitat channel that will replace an existing 900 foot section of stream that runs in a roadside ditch along 55th Street in Renton just upstream of State Highway 167.
