Description

Wage Determinations for Billings County, North Dakota NRCS Supplement to OSHA Safety Standards Specifications Drawings SF-1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award PROJECT NAME: Emergency Watershed Protection Program – Schneider Streambank Erosion ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $100,000 and $250,000 LOCATION: Billings County, North Dakota SUMMARY: This project is for the Schneider Streambank Erosion Repair through the Emergency Watershed Protection Program in Billings County, North Dakota. Work is as detailed in the plans and specifications and includes: excavation, common, stripping; excavation, unclassified; water for construction; cable concrete; structure removal; grass seeding; tree removal; earthfill and earthfill, culvert. TIME FRAMES/DATE: Performance time, including mobilization and demobilization and days for inclement weather is 30 work days assuming 10 hour work-days 5 days a week. Prospective contractors must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. A DUNS number can be obtained by calling the Dun and Bradstreet at 1-866-705-5711 or via the internet at http://www.dnb.com. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration can be completed at the CCR Web site at http://www.ccr.gov. Prospective contractors must complete the annual representative and certifications electronically via the Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA). Registration can be completed at the ORCA web site at http://orca.bpn.gov. Awarding of contract is contingent upon receiving funding. Bid opening, November 13, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. CST. A site showing will be held at Billings County Courthouse, Medora, ND on November 9, 2009 at 9:00 Mountain Time.
