Description

THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND REQUIRED BECAUSE FUNDING PROVIDED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 WILL BE USED FOR THIS EFFORT. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED TO THE PUBLIC. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER AN EXISTING CONTRACT. The project scope includes the identification, sampling, and testing of material potentially containing asbestos at 7 air handling units and associated ducts on the roof of the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona. The Contractor shall submit the samples to a NVLAP Certified Laboratory for testing. A report of findings of the survey shall be completed and delivered to the Indian Health Service. The magnitude of this construction requirement is less than $100,000. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc with a field office in Phoenix, Arizona.
