- RECOVERY--THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER W912ES-04-D-0003, Northern Engineering and Consulting (NECI) The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, intends to award a firm fixed price task order for remonumentation for the Baldhill Pool Raise, Lake Ashtabula. The work to be performed consists of removing previously established temporary monuments along portions of the Government easement boundary surrounding Lake Ashtabula and reinstalling Government furnished aluminum capped monuments at the same horizontal location. This task order will be awarded against an existing Indefinite Delivery Contract, which has already been competed under the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect/Engineer, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract.
